FAQ - Order

Shopping at OLLOUM is easy:

  • First step is to register with us by signing up a new account. We will save your address and details so that you can shop quicker next time without having to fill all the details again.
  • Then, all you need to do now is browse! Use the DRESS, LOUNGE, ACTIVEWEAR, TOPS & PANTS and SALE tabs. You can also shop directly from the COLLECTION tabs.
  • Once you have found the item you interested in, kindly select your size. Please ensure that the item, size, colour and quantity are correct. You can amend quantities by entering in the correct quantity and selecting “Update Cart”. Next, click on the ADD TO CART button.
  • You can either click on the ‘Continue Shopping’ button or review the items in your cart by clicking on ‘View Cart & Checkout’.
  • If you’re happy with the items in your shopping bag, click ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’ to complete your order. If you have a discount code you would like to use, enter your code in the field available. The discount code field is on the right side of the same page, under your order summary.

You can shop at OLLOUM without creating an account.

However, register with us and you’ll be able to enjoy the following benefits

  • Track your orders and review past purchases
  • Request a return or exchange directly from your account
  • Add sold out items and products you love to your Wish List
  • Preview our new collections and register your interest for your favorite pieces through our seasonal Lookbook
  • Save your address and card details so you can shop even quicker next time
  • Most importantly, collect reward points!

To re-set your password, follow the ‘FORGOT MY PASSWORD’ instructions on the SIGN IN page. Please note, for security reasons we are unable to send your old password via email.

Fret not! If you didn’t receive any email confirmation from us (our sincere apologies as sometimes glitches do happen!), you may login and refer to your Account Dashboard for order status. Or you may contact our team to assist you further. Email us at customercare@olloum.com.

All orders are processed within 1-2 working days. Paid orders made before 11am will be shipped out on the day itself. Orders made after that will be shipped the next day. Once your order has been processed and packed, you will receive an order confirmation email, which will include your order number assigned and an invoice. 

Once your order has been shipped, you should receive a shipping confirmation email that will contain your tracking number for you to keep updated on the status of your parcel at all times.

  • If your tracking number begins with NVMY, please click here to track your parcel.
  • If your tracking number begins with 644, please click here to track your parcel.
  • If your tracking number begins with an EN or EE, please click here to track your parcel.

If you have still not received your parcel after 5 working days, please contact our Customer Services at customercare@olloum.com.

Made an error in your order? Please email us at customercare@olloum.com immediately within one hour after placing your order to ensure we will be able to make amendments in time. If it’s too late to cancel your order and we’ve proceed with delivery, we will need to ask you to return the items and you will be reimbursed in the form of store credit.

You will need to make a new or separate order.

Putting an item into your cart does NOT reserve or hold that item for you. Until you proceed to checkout and make payment, that item will be available to other buyers.

OLLOUM offers seasonal sales once a year. Register for email updates to be included in our insiders circle and keep updated when our sale starts, and when we offer further reductions.
