FAQ - Exchanges and Returns
You know, be it online or at boutique(s), shopping sure is fun (no argument there, ladies!). But sometimes, when it arrives at your doorstep, there might be a slight chance that it doesn’t fit you well (#tailoredfitmatters) and you feel that you should have bought that other size or design instead. Fret not, we do allow Exchange & Return.
- Effective from 19th January 2018, you may exchange and return your order within 7 working days from the date you received your order.
- To be eligible for a return and exchange, your item must be unworn, unmark, unaltered, unwashed and in a good clean condition with ALL tags still attached. Items that are damaged, marked or altered will not be accepted.
- Please fill in the online Return Form here and you can directly drop off you parcel to the nearest post office.
- Exchanges are only available for size and/or colour of the same style, subject to availability once your parcel reached our warehouse. As exchanging for a different product is not allowed, we recommend you to return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the different product.
- Kindly allow 2-3 working days for us to process all return and exchanges once the parcel has reaches our warehouse.
- Refunds are typically issued via your original payment method or Store Credit.
- Please allow up to 2-3 working days for us to process the refund once we have received your returned parcel.
- Sale items and purchases made with discount code are NOT eligible for a full refund via original payment method and store credit method.
- Using the table below, see what refund options are available to you. You will receive an email notification once your refund is processed.
- Voucher codes cannot be re-issued and are non-refundable.
- We are unable to accommodate any refund reversal requests for Store Credit if 30 days have past from the refund date.
- Any incorrect and/or incomplete entries will be refunded entirely to Store Credit.
- Kindly submit your online return request via Return Form
- You may state your new exchange item(s), however exchanges are subject to availability of the stock upon receiving the parcel at our warehouse.
- Drop off your parcel at any of the nearest Poslaju. You may use the consignment form given so that you won’t be charged for shipping fee. If you do not receive any form from us, we will reimburse the return shipping fee (only for Malaysian customers) once the parcel reached our warehouse.
- Lastly, look out for an email notification once we have received your return item(s) at our warehouse. Kindly allow 2-3 working days for us to process your return parcel once it reaches our warehouse.

Note: We do reserve the right not to allow the return of products or refund of any transactions although the condition above is met.
- Effective from 1st February 2018, sale items and purchases made with discount code are eligible for exchange and return within 7 working days from the date you received your order.
- However, Olloum will NOT borne the exchange and return shipping fee for the customers. You may drop off and return the item(s) to the nearest pos office at your own cost.
- If you opt for an exchange, you will need to bear the cost for exchange shipping fee from our warehouse to your shipping address. Kindly refer below the standard fee:
- Malaysia – RM 10
- Brunei and Singapore – RM 40
- Other countries – We will charge according to the EMS rate. Kindly contact our Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org for further info.
- If you opt for a refund, we will ONLY refund the full amount of the item(s) via Store Credit.
If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact email@example.com with a photo of the damage, or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number. We’ll take care of you!
- Exchange shipping fee is free for the first time (Malaysian customers only) and we are not liable until item reaches our warehouse. We will reimburse the exchange shipping fee once the item has reaches our warehouse.
- For international customers, we will NOT borne the shipping fee.
- Olloum will NOT borne the exchange and return shipping fee for sale items and purchases made with discount code.
- You may drop off your parcel for free at your nearest PosLaju branch (Malaysian customers) with the consignment note provided in your parcel.
- However if you did not get one and/or you get charged for your parcel, send us a photo of the receipt and your bank account details. We will then refund the amount accordingly to your bank account.
- We will borne the exchange & return delivery charge for Malaysian customers only. For International customers, Olloum will not borne the shipping charge.
- For sale items and purchases made with discount code, we will NOT reimburse the exchange and return shipping fee.
- We are not liable until item reaches our warehouse.
The recipient is liable for any subsequent costs incurred for parcels returned to our warehouse due to attempted deliveries, insufficient/incorrect delivery information or failure to retrieve parcels from delivery centres. Olloum will charge a shipping fee (according to countries) for all re-send parcels from our warehouse.
