FAQs – Return and Exchange 

You know, be it online or at boutique(s), shopping sure is fun (no argument there, ladies!). But sometimes, when it arrives at your doorstep, there might be a slight chance that it doesn’t fit you well (#tailoredfitmatters) and you feel that you should have bought that other size or design instead. Fret not, we do allow Exchange & Return. 

 

Exchange & Return Policy

Effective from 14th February 2022, you may exchange and return your order within 7 working days from the date you received your order. 

Sale items and purchases made with discount code are NOT eligible for exchange and refund.

To be eligible for a return and exchange, your item must not be a sale item, must be unwornunmarkunalteredunwashed and in a good clean condition with ALL tags still attached and in original packaging. Items that are damaged, marked or altered will not be accepted.

Please log in your Olloum account, click ‘order’ and choose exchange or refund. Then, you may proceed to ship the item back to us within 7 days using any courier and kindly email us the receipt and your bank details for the reimbursement (Malaysia only, kindly note that we did not bear shipping cost for overseas return and exchange).  Kindly watch the video below for step by step exchange and refund guide.

Exchanges are only available for size and/or colour of the same style, subject to availability once your parcel reached our warehouse.

As exchanging for a different product is not allowed, we recommend you to return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the different product.

Kindly allow 4-7 working days for us to process all return and exchanges once the parcel has reaches our warehouse.

Refund

Please log in your Olloum account, click ‘order’ and choose exchange or refund within 7 days.

You may proceed to ship the item back to us within 7 days using any courier and kindly email us the receipt and your bank details for the reimbursement (Malaysia only, kindly note that we did not bear shipping cost for overseas return and exchange). Refunds are typically issued via your original payment method or Store Credit.

Please allow up to 4-7 working days for us to process the refund once we have received your returned parcel.

Sale items and purchases made with discount code are NOT eligible for a full refund via original payment and a store credit method. 

Using the table below, see what refund options are available to you. You will receive an email notification once your refund is processed.

Voucher codes cannot be re-issued and are non-refundable. 

We are unable to accommodate any refund reversal requests for Store Credit if 30 days have past from the refund date.

Any incorrect and/or incomplete entries will be refunded entirely to Store Credit.

How do I return my order?

Please log in your Olloum account, click ‘order’ and choose exchange or refund within 7 days.

Kindly fill in the return form or watch the video below for step by step exchange and refund guide.​ 

You may state your new exchange item(s), however exchanges are subject to availability of the stock upon receiving the parcel at our warehouse.

You may use any courier to ship out the item back to us and kindly email us the receipt for reimbursement.  

Lastly, look out for an email notification once we have received your return item(s) at our warehouse. Kindly allow 4-7 working days for us to process your return parcel once it reaches our warehouse.

Items Condition for Exchange & Return

To be eligible for a return and exchange, your item must be unwornunmarkunalteredunwashed and in a good clean condition with ALL tags still attached. Items that are damaged, marked or altered will not be accepted.

 

Note: We do reserve the right not to allow the return of products or refund of any transactions although the condition above is met.

 

Sale Items

Effective from 1st February 2019, sale items and purchases made with discount code are NOT eligible for exchange and refund.

Defective Items

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact [email protected] with a photo of the damage, or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number. We’ll take care of you!

Exchange & Return Shipping Fee

We will reimburse the exchange shipping fee once the item has reaches our warehouse.

 

For international customers, we will NOT borne the shipping fee.

 

Olloum will NOT borne the exchange and return shipping fee for sale items and purchases made with discount code.

Will you refund me my delivery charge?

If you you get charged for your parcel, send us a photo of the receipt and your bank account details. We will then refund the amount accordingly to your bank account.

 

We will borne the exchange & return delivery charge for Malaysian customers only. For International customers, Olloum will not borne the shipping charge.

 

We are not liable until item reaches our warehouse.

Bounce Back Parcel

The recipient is liable for any subsequent costs incurred for parcels returned to our warehouse due to attempted deliveries, insufficient/incorrect delivery information or failure to retrieve parcels from delivery centres. Olloum will charge a shipping fee (according to countries) for all re-send parcels from our warehouse.

I have been refunded the incorrect amount

Retailers' Return Policy

OLLOUM has ONE official Singapore Retailers, namely Homiesinjannah; if you should receive a defective items, please do exchange it via the same retailer you’ve purchased from.
